Cancellations and Refunds

We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team.

  • Full refund will be issued (if prepaid).

b. After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
You may apply for a return instead (subject to eligibility).


2. Service Cancellation (Repair / AMC)

  • Service bookings can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the request.
  • If a technician has already been assigned or visited your location, cancellation charges may apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved under the following conditions:

a. Product Refunds

  • Product is defective, damaged, or not functioning on arrival
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product not as described

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

b. Service Refunds

Refunds for repair/AMC services are issued only if:

  • Service was not delivered
  • Issue remains unresolved after multiple attempts

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Software products
  • Activated warranties or care packs
  • Items damaged due to user mishandling
  • Products without original packing or accessories
  • Diagnostic or inspection charges

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within:

  • 5–7 business days for online payments
  • 7–10 business days for bank transfers

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
