We ship across Delhi NCR and selected PAN-India locations through trusted courier partners.
2. Shipping Time
- Delhi NCR: 1–3 working days
- Other Locations: 3–7 working days
- Custom or special-order items may take longer
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on:
- Product weight
- Location
- Delivery speed
4. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make up to 2 attempts.
If the order is returned due to failed attempts, re-shipping charges apply.
6. Damaged Shipment
If your product arrives damaged:
- Record a video while opening the package
- Report within 24 hours
- Replacement/refund will be initiated after verification
